We ship via USPS
Priority Mail, on occasion we ship first class (at our discretion).
In-stock items should ship within 3 business days from the time your order is
placed. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery.
If the destination of
your package is within the State of Arizona applicable sales tax will be
included on your order. If the destination of your package is outside the State
of Arizona, no sales tax will be charged.
Out of Stock Items
Due to high demand, an
item may be out of stock even though it does not say so on the web page. If you
place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our practice to ship
the in-stock items immediately, billing you for shipping costs only on the
in-stock items. We will ship you the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they are
available and send to you at no additional shipping charge.
If you purchased your item directly from Elftmann Tactical you may return it for a full refund within 90 days, excluding shipping charges. If you are an Elftmann Dealer or Distributor, please contact us directly for return policy information at [email protected] or 602-441-5007. We do request that the trigger is in its original packaging, new, and not modified to receive a refund. Please include with the returned item your name, address, and phone number, along with the original receipt (if available).
Defective items may be returned for repair or replacement. Please include a
note explaining why the item is defective and include your name, address, and
phone number along with the original receipt. If it is a manufacturer's
problem, Elftmann Tactical will refund shipping charges if replacement is not

If you have placed an
order and would like to cancel it, please, call us immediately at 602-441-5007, we are not able to cancel orders once
they have been packaged and are out the door. Please refer to our Returns
section for information about returns.
If you experience any
issues with an Elftmann Tactical product, please contact us by calling 602-441-5007.
We may be able to assist you with the issue over the phone. We may recommend
you send the trigger in for repair or replacement. If you are directed to or
choose to send your Trigger in, please include a note explaining why the item
is defective and include your name, address, and phone number along with the
original receipt (if available). All Lifetime Warranty requests are given top
priority and processed immediately. Your trigger, or a
replacement, will be shipped back to you USPS or UPS ground, the chosen carrier
will be at Elftmann’s discretion. A full refund may be requested within 90 days of purchase, if purchased directly from Elftmanntactical.com. If purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them for refund policy.
